Your day on the water shouldn't be ruined by a stressful experience at the ramp or the worry of a trailer failing on a corrugated track. The Redco Sportsman (RE / RES Series) isn't just a trailer; it is an investment in your peace of mind.
While cheaper, bolt-together imports often rattle apart or rust out in a few years, the Sportsman leverages over 50 years of Australian manufacturing experience to ensure your boat gets to the water and back safely.
As a veteran boat builder would tell you, your trailer is the backbone of your day on the water. We build the Sportsman using 350/450 Aussie steel, ensuring it has the superior tensile strength needed to tackle vibrations from dirt roads without fatiguing.

Whether you are a "tinny" fisherman with a 4m boat or a plate boat enthusiast with a heavy 5m+ vessel, the Sportsman provides the "perfect fit".
Drive-on / drive-off design
No more wet feet. Self-aligning guides make solo launching and retrieval fast and stress-free.
Hybrid keel roller & skid setup
Perfect for aluminium hulls. Rollers take the weight while long skids prevent hull warping and dents.
Submersible LED lighting
Sealed against water ingress. Stop changing blown bulbs after every trip.
Adjustable axles
Fine-tune your boat’s weight distribution for a smooth, stable highway tow.
13" or 14" galvanised wheels
Larger wheels handle highway speeds better and stay cooler than budget alternatives.

The trailer your boat deserves
Don't settle for "good enough" when it comes to protecting your pride and joy. Choose the trailer that is built with pride to perform and last.
You pay for what you get. Budget trailers often use thinner, imported steel and require assembly. A Redco comes fully welded and is built to last 10+ years, whereas budget options often need replacing in three. It is unquestionably the best value for money on the market.
Not at all. While rollers can cause "point loading" damage to tinnies, our Sportsman uses a hybrid system. We use Teflon-style strips on the skids to minimise friction, combined with rollers to move the boat effortlessly.
Not a Redco. Because our frames are molten zinc dipped after welding, every inch of the steel is sealed. If you rinse it after use, a galvanised steel Redco offers better road-handling weight and durability than lightweight aluminium.
